Born in Munich, Germany, I've been living in NYC for many years. For nearly two decades, I've been working as a designer and illustrator, focusing on advertising and lifestyle brands.

Having collaborated with global leaders in top Fortune 100 companies, I understand the complexities of navigating high-pressure environments in the creative industry. This gave me a unique vantage point in large organizations, allowing me to observe their dynamics and challenges without being directly involved.

I’m naturally curious and have always been interested in how my fellow humans experience the world. Throughout my career, I became a valued conversational partner for my colleagues, who appreciated the new perspectives coming up through our discussions. I’ve worked closely with executives through their challenges and transitions, supporting their courage to grow and celebrating their successes. Seeing the positive effect our conversations had on their personal growth and well-being, I became passionate about coaching before I even knew it existed as a career path.

I’m proud to share that I’m on my way to becoming a certified Hudson coach (HCC). My coaching is focused on supporting creative executives, mid-level managers, and high potentials who feel unfulfilled, stuck, or uninspired, empowering them to lead with empathy, confidence, and purpose. I help them gain clarity about what they really want and how to get there.

When I’m not with one of my clients, or painting with music in my ears, you’ll find me enjoying delicious Mochas from my favorite coffee place, head-banging to old-school heavy metal, or traveling the world.
